Polyisoprene Condoms are the newest Option available for Population Control

Reportstack has announced a new market research publication on Global Condom Market, which finds Polyisoprene condoms are the newest option available for population control. The findings are for the forecast period 2014-2018.
Polyisoprene condoms are the newest condom option available in the market. These condoms are just like latex but are primarily made of synthetic latex, a new material in the market. Since the proteins that cause skin irritation are absent in this type of condom, it is ideal for consumers allergic to latex or PU condoms. These condoms have a more elastic quality than latex condoms and thus more resistant to breaking. They are also slightly thicker and fit better than latex condoms. Some polyisoprene condom brands available in the market are LifeStyles (SKYN) and Durex (Avanti Bare).
The Global Condom market is growing at a moderate pace and expected to grow at a CAGR of 8.39 percent during the forecast period. The the APAC region dominates this market followed by the EMEA region and the Americas and the trend will continue during the forecast period, due to the increasing population and disposable income of consumers.
It has been estimated that the global consumption of condoms will increase during the forecast period with the growing threat and awareness of AIDS and STDs, rising population, and increase in the disposable income of consumers, especially in the APAC region.
To determine the scenario for these vendors in the next 3-4 years, analysts have conducted in-depth analysis of the impact of market drivers, challenges and trends featuring data on product segmentations, vendor shares, growth rate by revenue and an evaluation of the different buying criteria in the order of importance.
